Dr. Neal Houslanger has over 40 years of experience in the treatment of foot and ankle disorders. He is board certified in surgery and wound care with added expertise in skin conditions of the foot and ankle as well as podiatric sports medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Podiatric Dermatology.
Dr. Houslanger has been an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association since 1976. He has served on numerous committees both locally and statewide and is now a leading member of the NYSPMA Ethics Committee. He has been past president of both Nassau and Suffolk County Podiatric Medical Associations. He is currently the Scientific Chair of the Suffolk Division.
He has received numerous honors throughout his distinguished career including Podiatrist of the Year in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties for a total of 3 times.
Dr. Houslanger uses his vast knowledge of parliamentary procedures, ethics and nonprofit administration to help the Musella Foundation function.
