New Email Policy:
We have been having problems with our newsletter getting banned from ISPs - usually AOL and Hotmail. This is due to members reporting the newsletter as SPAM. When that happens, ALL members using that ISP do not get email from us for a few days. Once in a while we send out really important news! Would hate for thousands of members to miss it!
In the past, when someone reported our newsletter as SPAM, we would remove them from our list. In just about every case, they say it was a mistake - they meant to delete it, not report it as spam - and ask to be put back on the list and when we did so, a few members then reported us as SPAM again. The ISPs take that very seriously. So from now on, if you report our newsletter as SPAM, your email address will be permanently banned from our list. |
