FDA approves Opdivo for advanced melanoma This is great news! This drug is in clinical trials for GBMs. We do not yet know if it works or not, but if the GBM trial shows good results, it can be used off label immediately. This is another reason EVERYONE here should participate in our brain tumor virtual trial. This is a registry of brain tumor patients, the treatments they take and the outcome. IF we had enough people participating, we would already know the answer of if it helps for GBMs, and people would be able to use it now.
