We had another great webinar tonight. Thanks to Dr.Suzanne LeBlang for taking time out on Mother's Day to make the presentation. Dr LeBlang was clearly enthusiastic over the new technology. There are so many ways it could be used in brain tumors, but unfortunately for now, only in clinical trials for brain tumors.
The Focused Ultrasound Foundation is holding a Virtual Glioblastoma Workshop on Wednesday, May 19, and Thursday, May 20, from 10:00am to 2:30pm Eastern to convene critical stakeholders – researchers, clinicians, industry, and government – in an environment that encourages the free dissemination of information and ideas.
The goal of this workshop is to create a roadmap of the technical developments and research studies necessary to improve outcomes, access, and cost of care for patients with glioblastoma using focused ultrasound. We would like to invite you to attend this workshop to hear how focused ultrasound is making an impact in the care of patients with GBM.
