Ginger “Lettice” Bracken is the kind of person who will do anything for anybody. She is strong, funny, a little stubborn in the best way, and endlessly caring. She has spent her entire life lifting others up, caring for her elderly parents, and she is cherished by all who know her. Today she is facing an unimaginable challenge! We are rallying together to help her, and others like her, access the cutting-edge treatments that give them all hope.
Lettice was recently diagnosed with glioblastoma (GBM), the most aggressive form of brain cancer. GBM has no cure, and despite surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, treatment options remain extremely limited.
Since her diagnosis, friends and family have been researching relentlessly and consulting with specialists to explore all possible treatment options. One of the most promising treatment options is a personalized cancer vaccine developed by CeGAT in Germany. This vaccine is designed specifically for each individual using tissue from their actual tumor. CeGat will create a fully personalized immunotherapy that trains the immune system to recognize and attack the unique cancer cells. Unlike standard immunotherapy vaccines that use only a single line of attack, this approach uses multiple lines of attack tailored directly from the tumor’s DNA, offering a far more targeted strategy.
While this treatment gives hope, it also comes with a significant financial burden. The vaccine and related care are out-of-pocket expenses. The total cost of this vaccine and related expenses is estimated at over $120,000.00. Patients need to travel to Germany multiple times throughout the course of treatment.
Lettice is approaching this journey with courage, prayer, and hope.

Your donation helps patients pursue medically appropriate treatments that are not covered by insurance or that carry overwhelming out-of-pocket costs.
Many families face impossible choices when promising therapies fall outside standard coverage. This fund exists to help close that gap.
Important: While this page may highlight an individual patient's story, donations cannot be guaranteed to go to any specific person. All contributions are pooled into this fund and 100% of your donation will be used to assist financially needy patients seeking access to treatment.
