2nd Annual Music Festival and Luau
June 5, 2005 from 2:-8:00 PM,
4131 Ne Pine Road, Bremerton, WA 98312

Hello! We are gearing up for our next fundraising event for Dr. Jim Olson's Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Group at Children's Hospital and it is going to be a blast! This year’s theme for our Music Festival and Silent Auction is “Hawaiian Luau”! This outrageously fun day will be attended by hundreds of guests and boasts a large jam session and fun on the dance floor. The grounds of the Bremerton Elks at 4131 NE Pine Rd., Bremerton, WA 98312 will be rockin’ with live music. The bands Mercurius, The Kingbees, Latest Craze, the Blurrs and other special guests already confirmed. So come jam with us!!

We will also host a spectacular silent auction (Items include fun trips, hand made items, sports collectibles, art and specialty items). There will also be autograph and photo opportunities with Miss Washington and Miss Teen Washington, prize balloons and door prizes throughout the day. General admission tickets, including food, are $10.00 per person/ $20.00 per family. However, all volunteers and their families come for free! So, come volunteer!

Please mark your calendars for the next planning meetings to be held on Sunday, May 15 at 4:00 at the Myers Adams Homestead (address above). Meetings will be scheduled about every other week after these up to the event, depending on the committee and how much we get prepared. We'll have some munchies and fun prize opportunities at each meeting so plan on joining us!

My sister and brother-in-law, Dave & Betty have taken on the huge task of organizing and managing the event this year so there's not as much work for us (THANK GOD!) and we can look forward to being part of a really spectacular fundraising event for the kids at Children's! Please come!

With Much Love,
