Joshua Fleck, age 10 of Horsham, PA, named Musella Foundation Volunteer of the Year!
Joshua's identical twin brother Shayne was diagnosed in Jan 2002 with a brain stem glioma tumor. He lost his battle 7 months later and passed on Sept 4, 2002. Joshua misses his brother immensely. He says that fundraising has helped his family in healing. He wants to help find the cure so that other families won't have to go through what his family went through.

Joshua's mother Caitlin held the "Cuts For The Cure" fundraiser for the Musella Foundation at her hair salon on Nov 6, 2005 - raising over $1300 for brain tumor research. Joshua took the opportunity to run his own fundraiser: he set up a lemonade stand outside of the hair salon and sold brain tumor awareness bracelets ("Think About It"), as well as Lemonade, for 3 hours, and by himself raised an additional $181 for brain tumor research!
We are all very proud of Joshua, as well as of his mom, and grateful that they selected the Musella Foundation to help them make good use of the funds raised.
