On Sunday, May 7, David Bailey --- singer, guitarist, songwriter, and brain tumor survivor --- will present a concert at the First Presbyterian Church in Hightstown, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Strong melodies and intricate finger picking accompany the messages of his original music, marked by witty and insightful lyrics about time, faith, hope, love, and dreams. David's music and his voice resonate with depth and clarity among audiences of all ages, keeping his music both universal and timeless.
During more than nine years as a brain tumor survivor (following his surgery for a glioblastoma multiforme, GBM) David has produced 12 albums, performed in 41 states, and presented hundreds of concerts. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door, with one free for each group of ten. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
