We had technical problems on the virtualtrials.com website this evening. (A hard disk crashed and somehow scrambled our RAID array) Most of it works now except for some of the video library and chat room.. We will probably remove the chat room since the online support groups have been working out much better. If you like the chat room, let me know and we can consider bringing one back.
I got the most recent videos back online and will work to get the older ones up soon.
We did not lose any donation information or virtual trial updates - we have an audit trail via email on those.. but we may have lost some messages to the doctors and survivors. Those get stored on the server until we approve them. So if you sent messages to any of the doctors or survivors using the forms on virtualtrials.com you may want to send them again. Sorry.
