Just wanted you to know what caused the outage!
As you may have noticed, all of our websites [ VirtualTrials.org, BrainTumorCopays.org, WalkToEndBrainTumors.org, NJBT.org] were down all day Sunday 12/3/23 and the first half of monday. There was a planned upgrade of the network infrastructure at our hosting facility. It was supposed to take 2 hours starting midnight Saturday night... but it took 36 hours. There was no hack and hopefully the many small outages we had the past few months will be a thing of the past. It is possible that we may have missed some email from that time period. If you emailed us, and have not heard back yet, send it again! Messages left on any of the websites was not lost - we have a system in place to make sure those messages are safe and responded to.
They also changed our IP addresses which may cause problems with email delivery for the next week or so.
