Activism Alert Update: Please sign petition to help get the Novocure Novo-TTF-100a device approved for recurrent glioblastoma!

The FDA has told the Novocure company that they will review the application for approval of the Novo-TTF-100A device for recurrent glioblastoma, based on the results of the recent trial.

I will be one of the patient representatives at the FDA meeting.  I need your help.  I want to present a petition with a lot of names to the committee.

I set up a web page where there is information on the device, then a way for you to easily write a letter to the committee. You submit it to me online, and I will present it to them.  I need you to also agree that I can speak for you at the committee meeting. We did this for the avastin meeting and I was told that it made a big difference in their decision. Last time we only had a few weeks notice and only managed 1,000 letters. I want to do much more than that this time.  We have 850 letters so far.  IF everyone who participated could just get one other person to sign the petition - we will be over our minimum goal!

Details on the treatment are on the page above the petition.  To participate: go to http://www.virtualtrials.com/activism.cfm  scroll down and fill out and submit the form. That will take you to a customized letter that you can either submit or you can edit then submit. No need to print out anything. All online.  Should take 3 minutes or less.

Please pass this on to your friends and relatives.
