"The Legacy Brain Foundation is hosting their 5th annual "STARS COME OUT" event 

this weekend, October 22, 2011, at the famous III Forks Steakhouse in Dallas, 

Texas, at 7 p.m. The theme of the event is "Purple Haze," and it will be a 

tribute to the era of the 60's Peace and Love.  Guests are encouraged to bring 

their hippie chick and flower children, wear their bell bottoms and love beads, 

and prepare to be entertained by the band, New Directions.  Scott Murray, local 

TV personality, will serve as Master of Ceremonies, and Durrell Roddy will serve 

as auctioneer for the live auction.  In addition to the live auction, which will 

feature vacations, sports memorabilia, and art; a silent auction includes 

multiple items donated by local merchants and celebrities.  Dinner will feature 

III Fork's famous Chateaubriand, chocolate mousse, and complementary wine.

The Legacy Brain Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization which 

provides grants to brain tumor patients and their families to help them with the 

cost of their treatment.  Children and adults with any primary or metastatic 

central nervous system tumor are eligible for financial assistance of up to 

$1000 twice a year.  Applicants must be a resident of Texas. More information
